English translation of the video: Hari Om (Greetings), I am Ranveer Singh Chaudhary from Khandwa Madhya Pradesh. We work for a society Shri Yog Vedaant Seva Samiti started by Bapu to cure multiple diseases. One of the illness is Rhemotoid Arthritis (RA) which happens generally because of our improper/irregular lifestyle and eating habbits.Cold weather as well holds a kind of accountability. As this disease doesn't have a proper treatment or a complete relief in Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurveda, patients more often gets nervous/disapointed and assumes it will never get cure. But it's not like that RA can be cured with 3 prayogas and it helps in curing it by 95% except for complicated joints which are very much affected already. If the illness is an years or 2 years old patient can get it cured in 15 days an d if is more than 10 years 0r 15 years then it might take a month or so to get relief. The 3 prayogas are very simple to perform: 1. Vaayu Mudra: It's a Vaayu disease(air), in this we place our both the 2 index fingers of hands folded tightly coupled/covered with thumb and thumb over the index finger and remaining 3 fingers keep them straight (view in video for more understandig). Every patient is highly recommended to do this exercise 4-5 times a day for 5 minutes, you just need to hold your hands like this and continue breathing normally and be seated or watch TV whatever you feel OK, nothing else is needed. This will help you reduce your pain/illness by 30-40% itself. Generally while investigations are ON patients founds increased Uric acid & ESR in body.So to move these 2 out of your body we are not getting any fruitful results in Allopathy, Homeopathy & Ayurveda and these 2 only gets deposted/sticked to our bone joints. 2. Garlic Tactic: Early morning empty stomach, take a garlic leaf and break it into 3 peices. Keep 1st peice in your mouth, chew it a bit and take a sip of water, same you do with 2nd peice. 3rd peice you do not eat just pray to your God and have a self belief and spin it over your head, say my illness has gone and throw it backwords. You have to do this for 9 days continous and 10th day you eat all the 3 peices one by one and hence it completes this prayoga for a lifetime. Offline Note: (Even strange for me, but nothing in trying it for a month's time). if you are not finding any way out. I do not intend to missguide people here, just want to help others as because I lost my mother (54 yrs old) due to RA which got worse and worse over the time. Even I tried every possible treatment for her but later my sister is getting benefited out of these prayogas as she also has RA. 3. Pranayaam: Perform this empty stomach early morning and in the evening 1 hour before dinner. It's simple and before starting this perform Vaayu Mudra for 5 minutes.After this close your left nostril and take a breadth inside from your right nostril Once you inhale the breadth, hold the breadth and rub/massage your joints wherever you have pain(See video for more info) and then breadth out with your left nostril. Do this 4-5 times for every joint. While you will perform this for 4-5 days both in the morning and evening you will feel almost 50% reduction in your pains. Later on Sir has explained how to perform Pranayaam if you have joint pain in Shoulder/Elbow/Wrist. Apart from doing the above mentioned prayogas, patients need to restrict themselves by avoiding some particular food/grains. pigeon peas spilt and skinned, Patato, Brinjal, Spinach, Reduce eating rice. Use Green gram pulse instead of pigeon peas. Avoid sleeping where there is a mositure and avoid fan/ac as well or dont put yourself in too cold environment. Curd, Buttermilk, Sour fruits must be avoided. One must take food accordingly - lunch around 11 or 11.30 am & Dinner around 7pm. Drink some milk before sleeping. Wash you clothes & bed sheets and let them get dry in Sun, this helps. I pray to God for every patient that he or she gets cured out of this disease as I have feel experienced and watched this disease very closely and I know how it impacts ones life and it's not only about that individual but his/her full family gets impacted because of this.
